Bibendum wine merchants increase English wine offering
August 02, 2007
Wine sellers Bibendum have increased their offering of English wines with two new single-estate English wines named after the area of North London that is home to the company.
The wines, Primrose Hill Lamberhurst Estate Bacchus 2006 and Primrose Hill Tenterden Estate Rosé 2006, will retail at £12.99 and £10.99.
The small range of English wines now on offer are aimed at the increasing number of consumers who are interested in sourcing local produce as concerns over food/wine miles and global warming increases.
